Your access to such web sites through links provided on this Web Site is governed by the terms of use and policies of those sites, not this Web Site.

Privacy Registration data and certain other information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy.

We at LCV, (collectively referred to as "We," "Us," or "Our") recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of certain information or data collected about Our users, prospective users or other customers (collectively referred to as "Users," "You," or "Your"). This Privacy Policy discloses what information We gather, how We use it, and how to correct or change it. At LCV, it is Our intention to give You an understanding about how We collect Your information and the use We make of it in the course of Our business. LCV gathers two (2) types of information about its Users: 1) data that users provide through optional, voluntary registration on Our Web Sites; and 2) data LCV gathers through aggregated tracking, mainly by tallying Web page views throughout Our Web Sites. However, this privacy policy does not outline in detail the use of contractor and employee information.

• Optional registration: We collect information by specifically requesting it from You. Generally this occurs when You register at one of Our Web Sites or request information or a service. Usually, the LCV Web Sites and service partners use Your information to operate the Web Sites and to deliver services. LCV Web Sites also use Your information to inform You about other products or services available from LCV and its affiliates.

• Usage tracking: Use of Internet Protocol ("IP") Addresses: An IP address is a unique number that is automatically assigned to Your computer whenever you're surfing the Internet so that Your computer can be identified by the main computers, known as "Web servers," that "serve up" Web pages. LCV and/or its affiliates collect IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, to report aggregated information to Our advertisers, and to audit the use of Our Web Site. When users request pages from LCV 's and/or its affiliates' Web Sites, Our servers log the users IP addresses. These include:

• LCV: LCV collects Personal Information about members at the time when a person first joins a program and while a person is a member. The main categories of information we collect relate to a person's general contact information, personal details such as age range and gender, use of the program, payment details, responses to surveys and other details, which are usually collected directly from the member.

• LCV Resort Management: In its role of managing resorts, LCV collects Personal Information related to bookings and as necessary for other purposes related to the management of the resort facility. Further Personal Information may be collected in specific instances such as in the event of an incident occurring at the resort being managed for legal and insurance reasons.

• LCV Travel: LCV collects Personal Information on individuals when they book their travel arrangements, in order to process the transaction and to fulfill booking requests with travel and tourism operators.

Our purpose in collecting information about You is to provide You with membership services, such as those provided in the Operating Rules. LCV uses Personal Information in several different ways in operating Our membership programs and operating Our business, and most of these uses are clear from the circumstances. We also use Your Personal Information for internal quality assurance purposes. In case You change Your mind or some Personal Information is out of date, is inaccurate, or otherwise changes (such as Your zip code or e-mail address), We will try to provide a way to correct, update, or remove such Personal Information that You give Us. We also give You the opportunity to control the communications We direct to You. We offer Users the opportunity to "opt out" of having Personal Information shared with parties outside LCV and/or its affiliated companies.

These other Web sites may include Web sites of advertisers, timeshare developers, resort operators, sponsors and partners that may use LCV's and/or its affiliates' logo as part of a co-branding agreement. LCV does not control such Web sites, and, therefore, is not responsible for their contents or the hyperlinks or advertising they choose to place on such Web sites. LCV and/or its affiliates' inclusion of hyperlinks to these Web sites do not imply any endorsement of the material on such Web sites or any association with their owners or operators. LCV´s policy does not extend to anything that is inherent in the operation of the Internet, which is beyond LCV´s and its affiliates' control. Please keep in mind that whenever You give out information online (for example, via message boards or chat) that information can be collected and used by people You don't know. While LCV strives to protect their Users' Personal Information and privacy, We cannot guarantee the security of any information You disclose online, and You disclose such information at Your own risk. Links: User Information enables LCV to request customer feedback, develop and tailor products and services to better meet User needs and preferences, and to offer Users products from both Cendant and other sources that may be of interest. Information that is collected may be sent to the Cendant Central Data Warehouse. User Information containing credit card numbers is automatically encrypted in our Data Warehouse so that they cannot be accessed. We do not collect Social Security or driver's license numbers from Users.

Entire Agreement: The provisions and conditions of these Terms, and each obligation referenced herein, represent the entire Agreement between LCV, its affiliated or related entities, and you, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings not incorporated herein. In the event that any inconsistencies exist between these Terms and any future published terms of use or understanding, the last published Terms or terms of use or understanding shall prevail.
